I felt like I was transported to Venice in a charming hotel with Venetian-style rooms, but the steep stairs may be a challenge for some. The service was genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location offered a blend of local authenticity and dining options. The dining experience was decent but fell short of exceptional.

The rooms exuded a Venetian ambiance with lovely blue and gold decor, just like in the pictures. Though on the top floor with steep stairs, the chair lift made it accessible and suitable for a family.

The service was truly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, especially the front desk manager. Housekeeping and tour assistance were top-notch.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although adequately sized and nicely accented with wood, were disappointing due to their dirtiness, darkness, and unpleasant smell. Carrying our luggage up to the top floor in summer with minimal air-conditioning was quite a challenge. However, the service was exceptional with very courteous and helpful staff. The location was ideal for art lovers, being close to Biennale locations, though the room was small. The dining options were limited but simple. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
